awww it sucks your leaving myspace but its understandable...you really are a great musician and i know for a fact your going get your success. anyways good luck with your gigs and stuff...i hope i get to see one of them in the future

what happened to M-A on Myspace? x
Some might think i'm crazy, others will call it rock and roll, but maybe i'm just getting part of my life back x after almost two years of virtual messages, blogs and bulletins on-line, i've decided to leave Myspace x I will still be in contact with those who have joined my myspace fansite, but the 25,000 friends and 130,000 plays stuff is now past me. It is the nature of myspace to put such demands on artists to achieve great no.s of friends and plays, but it is the nature of artists to be random and different and to want to think out of the box. my rat race is over and i will join it again when i am in a position to compete with the likes of coldplay and others, that time is not now. what i'm thinking is that the best of my friends are people i know and share good times with at gigs and parties and just over the phone x i have met some wonderful people on myspace but i am kinda into the reality thing now. i hope this will allow me to make true supporters so if you wish to contact me I have added a forum and other facilities on the site below. This i can manage. www.mark-anthonyabel.com x expect a lot more from me in due course as i am involved in a load of projects, but if i can't be the kind of friend i'd like to be then their seems no point to a myspace page x
I feel that myspace has helped to depreciate music and musicians. If people want to find Mark-Anthony Abel they know where to look x
i am not going away and i do not want to lose touch x my music is still here and there are gigs to put in your diaries x u can see the latest dates on my site x this will give me more time for songwriting, for my poems and for the people i love best x Thanx for all your support and wish me well as i do you x
